Download the template in Excel or Google Sheets format. Open the file and review the pre-configured marketing channels. Add, remove, or rename channels to match your marketing mix. The template comes with common channels pre-loaded.
Enter Your Marketing Spend
Input your total marketing spend for each channel. Include all costs: ad spend, agency fees, software subscriptions, content creation, and staff time. Be comprehensive for accurate CAC calculations.
Track Customers Acquired
Enter the number of new customers acquired through each channel. Use your CRM or analytics platform to attribute customers accurately. The template automatically calculates CAC by dividing spend by customers acquired.
Input Customer Lifetime Value
Enter the average lifetime value (LTV) for customers from each channel. If LTV varies by channel, input specific values. Otherwise, use your overall average LTV. The template will calculate LTV:CAC ratios automatically.
Analyze Your Results
